
Shipping Information
- All packages shipped via UPS ground.
- USPS will be used for small packages.
- Expedited shipping is available for additional cost.
- We ship only within the United States.
- No refunds on shipping charges.
- Customer is responsible for all freight charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments.
- All orders may take 1-5 Business Days (average) to be processed before being shipped depending on product availability.
Returns Information
- All sales are final.
- Most of the products sold come with a limited warranty provided by the manufacturer. Synergy Motorsports is not responsible for defective parts, but will work with the manufacturer to help get replacement defective part within 30 days of purchase date on invoice.
- All product(s) being returned must receive an RA # (Return Authorization Number), which will be given by a Synergy Motorsports representative at time of return. This number must be included in or on the shipping box and a copy of the invoice. All items must be returned complete and with all original parts/documentation: any missing parts will be deducted from amount credited or item may be refused. We reserve the right to refuse the return.
- Exceptions may be made on in-stock items, which will be charged up to a 25% re-stocking fee. Whether a part is considered an "In-Stock" item is determined by a Synergy Motorsports representative at time of return. This return has to be made no more then 15 days after receiving product.
- Items may NOT be exchanged or returned if not working due to improper and non- professional installation of product.
